Are prices fixed or metered?
Your confirmed offer is a fixed price for the agreed journey. Traffic and normal route variations do not change it. Extra stops or major booking changes are quoted separately.
What happens when my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight number you provide and adjust the airport pickup to the actual landing time.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at FRA?
The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Exact meeting details are sent with your confirmation for Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
How long is airport waiting time?
A complimentary waiting allowance is included after the recorded arrival time. Your individual allowance is stated in the booking confirmation.
Can I book for another passenger?
Yes. Share the passenger name and a mobile number the chauffeur can reach on the travel day.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Tell us the child age and approximate weight so the appropriate seat can be prepared.
Which areas do you serve?
Frankfurt am Main, Frankfurt Airport, Dietzenbach, Offenbach, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt and long-distance destinations across Germany and Europe.
How far ahead should I book?
Twenty-four hours is recommended for the widest vehicle choice. Urgent and same-day enquiries are accepted subject to availability.
