A booking becomes binding once availability, price and journey details are confirmed in writing.
Booking information
Customers must provide accurate route, timing, flight, passenger and luggage details. Changes may affect availability and price.
Price and payment
The confirmed price applies to the agreed service. Extra stops, extended waiting or material changes may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
More than 48 hours before travel: full refund; 24–48 hours: 50% refund; less than 24 hours: no refund, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Vehicles and safety
A comparable vehicle may be substituted within the confirmed class. Passengers must follow chauffeur safety instructions and wear seat belts.
